That is my storyboard. I would like to choose drama to present my individual project. First tutorial , jacque suggest  use different angle to show how crowded city in hk.

Then, I use brick to present my inspiration  -  one inch of land, one inch of gold as we know, one inch represent one gold , so I would like to add some professional shot , e.g. close shot , close-up......

First shot , I will show the property prices leaflet out of land agent office , it reflected Hong Kong housing was again crowned the most unaffordable in the world by this shot.

My motivation to do this project

The aims of my project is to discuss public housing living environment , present by noise , reflects that people who suffer in noise , they couldn't sleep well and their mood was affected , it also reflected that child abuse, weak neighbor relationship, ethical issues were happened in our neighbors.
People more and more estranged in Hong Kong , everyone just focus on their business and less care about their neighbors , even though they listen fearful yell.
Since the commencement of the 2015 school year , a spate of suicides among students began to take place , over 70 suicide cases were reported from 2015 to 2017. The alarming frequency of youth suicide is very worrying as it reached a record high , raising concerns that students in Hong Kong are facing too much academic stress and domestic violence. But the society are rarely paying high attention about problems like child abuse and domestic violence. Well, legislatively , can they"yeses" to these questions count as domestic violence? And if so, how can they be proven? Does neighbors willing to help or prevent the violence ?
Now a days, we were not greet with each other or introduce ourselves and just focus on our phone , it happen in my daily life. So this project also reflect my living place.

Status in HK

Some young people interviewed regarded buying a house as their dream or even their life goal, which symbolized their career success. Other young respondents believe that buying a house is not just a dream, but a necessity of life. Having your own living space is general Basic human needs are just hard to meet in Hong Kong.

However, some respondents thought that buying a home was out of reach.

Also do not want to limit their life meaning in a small unit. In addition, some young respondents considered price and location as the main factors to consider when buying a house. The high and low of house price and individual Affordability directly affects the willingness of respondents to buy houses. More young respondents said that the family financial support is Importantly, if you can provide some of the first phase of property purchase, it will help to lower their purchase threshold. The main observation 4.1 in the face of high housing price, high rent, coupled with the lack of economic capacity, to have a personal living unit Easy; Many young people choose to live with their families to prolong their dependence on family economy. 4.2 with the growth of age, young people tend to have independent living space and have a great demand for housing. But because of We cannot keep up with the rise in housing prices, and there is a gap between young people's housing expectations and the reality. 4.3 with the rising property prices in Hong Kong, it is not easy to acquire property. Some young people's expectation of "property purchase"

There are changes, not willing to limit their life to chasing one floor, think that there are more possibilities in life. 4.4 young people in Hong Kong pay attention to both independent space and unit size. However, the housing price is high, the units are small, Living space more live more narrow; Long-term need to consider improving the living space of Hong Kong residents

Housing has always been a problem for Hong Kong people, although many governments regard housing as the "top priority" of their governance, even if they repeatedly Introduction of measures, private prices are still rising, the market has emerged "nanolou

" 1, "a person of extraordinary powers curtilage  room

" 2, It shows that government measures have not been effective in alleviating Hong Kong's housing problems. Grassroots citizens to "live and work in peace and contentment" seems far away Period, they can only continue to rent feet price is close to a person of extraordinary powers curtilage  room, building safety worry about 3, more worrisome burden No room for rent.

Relatively speaking, poor sanitary conditions, such as the mouse flea mosquito disaster, become It is just a piece of cake, visible, grass-roots citizens bear multiple pressure on the living problem. A report of the food and health bureau (2017) refers to the rising proportion of the population with mental illness in Hong Kong About 1.1 million to 1.8 million people in Hong Kong suffer from mental disorders. Ha currently has 150,000 patients aged between 18 and 18 Psychiatric patients between the ages of 64 years old, about 60% of whom were general psychiatric patients (e.g., depression and jiao) About disease).

In 2016, the territory-wide mental health index survey 5 found that the mental health of the respondents was worse than that of 2015. More than 30 percent of those surveyed did not qualify for mental health, with low-income households scoring significantly worse The ground is lower. The official and unofficial figures reflect a warning sign for the mental health of Hong Kong citizens, who have low incomes Households are in a more dire situation.

We often have contact with grassroots citizens. Whenever we talk to our clients about their living conditions, All of them express their living difficulties. They lament that the waiting time for public housing is far away And sad mood, more  housing residents' protestations housing problem form the heavy pressure, affect their mental health.

Testing Footage:

First tutorial: I prepare some footage , for example the property prices leaflet out of land agent office , it reflected Hong Kong housing was again crowned the most unaffordable in the world by this shot. And then , I decided one person standing in Brick  , he or she can dancing or doing other things , even through is his life action  , that can influence the mood of audience  , we can feel how hard it is afford property prices , it is the social issue for every Hong Kong citizens...

Second tutorial, I show my storyboard to Foon , he gave me some reference for my sense - ''In the Mood for Love'' this movie is a 2000 Hong Kong romantic drama film written, produced, and directed by Wong Kar-wai. It tells the story of a man (played by Tony Leung) and a woman (Maggie Cheung) whose spouses have an affair together and who slowly develop feelings for each other.

Exhibition Presentation:

Question: - Did everything go to plan?

if not, why not? how did you overcome the problems? Building the paper box house is not my first plan , this is my last decision before the causal  presentation , because I want audience go into a narrow space to feel more depression and get into my daily life. - How much is the finished project different from you original plan? what changes did you make and why? The latest versions is so different from my original plan. First , my inspiration is from alan work and youtuber-phoeb3 , one is the popular rock music star , other one is Hong Kong youtuber.

After Second tutorial , Mr Foon suggest me get another reference like ''In the Mood for Love'' , this movie give me some inspiration that I can use some special sense which is come from my daily life to present my space , for example, the stairs that I walk everyday or the roadside beggar...So ,I capture some kind of footage same like ''In the moon for Love'' , then, add it to my video... - If you could start again from the beginning, what would you do differently? If I could start again from the beginning, I would rewrite the drama script again and draw more storyboard, because I think I am not prepare enough at causal presentation , I can do more better , my video should be more attractive at this project, so in the next time , I would more focus on edit my video.

- What have you learned from this process that you can apply in future?

I learned how to polish up my editing skills, in my past experience I have never Filming more that one hour, so it is hard for my to editing. A great editor can take a piece and make it stronger, more engaging, and easier to follow by editing its structure and content through multiple revisions. It takes time and practice to become a good editor, but the payoff is worth the investment. No matter how you’re involved in writing, such as a student, an author, a copy editor, or a freelance editor, strengthening your editing skills will improve the quality of your work. I would apply those skills in future. ·Identified my video topic ·Defined my learning objectives and audience personas ·Developed my Storyboard ·Practiced the basics of filming
