Today, is my third days in coventry , I met Hoe , Hilary , Lu and Joe. They are my best groupmates. We have learnt working in group through participating in the Impromptu Design activities.

In our first group project is introduce how to make english tea , Jacque ask we can use any skills to present , we did some research about english tea , we tracing the english tea making process. We want to know more about our groupmates and their personal characteristics , so we chat with others. Then, we know Lu good at drawing , so her responsibility is drawing , and other groupmates help to researching the manufacture method of english tea.
After the presentations, we observe other groups use the different way to present the manufacture method of english tea.

One of the group make a good impression , their presented Miss english tea , no just the ''english tea'' .I was very surprised that we are no just present the manufacture method , but they still lack of the manufacture tool when we have english tea.Jacque said the successful presentation of make english tea is instruction the tools , for examples , the tea spoon , tea mat , saucer , water boil...etc.

Firstly, the most obvious thing that I discovered was the advantage of working as part of a group. I learned that good teamwork is the key to success in design activities when time and resources are limited. As everyone had their own point of view, many different ideas could be produced and I found the energy of group participation made me feel more energetic about contributing something .

When we started work together , we are not share out the work and cooperate with each another. I have argue with one of our groupmate , he doen't reply me , he always reply after two or three days, and we do know how to contact with him. Another groupmate said don't be too nervous ,even through he don't reply us, we still can work, just relax.

In our group , no one is group leader, but we always can be self leader , as we can always hand in our homework on time. I really appreciate Joe , he always teach me when I don't know how to do. He help me filming , i remember we went to Sham shui Po, he teach me how to filming to get easy when we editing. So, I study how to editing by myself, I prepare more before I go out for filming, because prepare is very important step.

After we all have our video, hilary and Joe would help us editing , we use a lots of time , we teach me good editing should be more smooth and look like the movie. We talking with Mr Foon in the tutorial , he advise us our video should be more attract the audience , but we should consider do we have enough time first. I discuss after the tutorial , one of our groupmate Lu advise , she will put more animation to the video, make it more attractive, then , we all agree with her.

In the presentation, I still afraid our classmates doesn't like our video, but finally, some of our classmates said our video is really funny. In this experience , I learned how to work more systematically when we have argue. I understand everyone have their specialty as we all come from different school , learnt with different subjects. I think when we can be groupmate next time , we should be more discuss with each other or what can we do.
